Stand Specifics

Important Stand Specifics.

FLOOR PLAN: An exhibition floor plan is provided for your information, for the Sculpture Gallery, the Lantern and Long Harness Room and The Mews. For the Marquee go to "Book a Marquee"

TABLES: There are 2 table options, 6’ x 2.5’ (1.82 x 0.75m) called 6' and 5’ x 2.5’( 1.5 x 0.75m) called 5'. There are various options of stands in the three areas. You can zoom over the plans to see them more easily in the "Book a stand" sections of the website. Please bring your own table cover (which extends to the floor on three sides). Two chairs will be provided for each stand. Please have a notice on your stand with your business name printed clearly on it.

You are able to buy a type of stand not a specific number. You can request a particular number at checkout or by email. The earlier you book the more likely it is you will have your choice of a particular stand. We will respond by email with your allocated stand number. Items must not be placed on the floor in front of or to the side of your stand. No extra tables are permitted.

LIGHTING: Those stands which have access to electricity are identified. Please bring your own lighting. No flashing lights permitted.

DISPLAY: Some stand locations are against the perimeter or external wall and some are in the middle of the room. Those which are in the middle of the room are backing onto another exhibitor. Please be considerate. The stands in The Mews have great scope for display with windows looking out onto the streets from little shops.

ELECTRICS: Some stands are near an electric power point others are not. Please tell us on your booking form or by email if you wish to have a stand with access to electricity. Exhibitors may not provide their own extension lead. If an extension lead is required please let us know at checkout and we will provide one. Where there is access to electricity it says Elec. Where there is no electricity it says No Elec. If you buy a stand with access to electricity the charge has already been added to your total. Terms and conditions can be found in the information section.

There is very limited GPRS mobile PDQ and no WiFi for card transactions. This has been promoted on our website and on Woburn's so visitors are aware of this.
